Terms of Use for Digital Courses

1.Operator and contact

Strategic Intelligence is operated by Dejan Dučić, Company ID (IČO) 08959382, registered at Sokolská 1883/8, 120 00 Prague 2 – Nové Město, Czech Republic.

Email is the primary contact channel for questions about the courses, their content, licence, access or delivered files: hello@strategicintelligence.eu. If you have a problem accessing a course or with the delivered files, you may also call +420 724 609 921.

Questions about payments and receipts or invoices, refund requests, chargebacks and other payment disputes are handled by Gumroad, which acts as merchant of record and seller to the buyer for the transaction.

2.Ordering through Gumroad and provider roles

All paid courses are ordered through Gumroad. Gumroad acts as merchant of record and reseller for the transaction and provides the checkout, payment processing, applicable indirect-tax calculation and collection, receipt, payment reconciliation, refund and chargeback handling, and the connection used to deliver the digital product. The information shown in the Gumroad checkout and the applicable Gumroad Terms of Service govern the platform transaction.

Strategic Intelligence creates and licenses the course content and provides course-specific support. The Strategic Intelligence website contains no paid course PDF or paid ZIP file; the purchase button opens a normal external Gumroad page.

3.Products, prices and languages

Each M01 course has a base price of 40 USD plus applicable tax. Each M03 course has a base price of 80 USD plus applicable tax. The same Strategic Intelligence USD base price applies worldwide and to the English and Czech versions. Gumroad displays the final payable amount before payment. A card issuer or bank may apply its own exchange rate or fee; this is not a different Strategic Intelligence base price.

You will receive the course materials in the language of the relevant course page. Please check the course title and language before placing your order.

4.Payment and digital delivery

Payment is completed on Gumroad. After a successful transaction, Gumroad displays or sends the order confirmation and access instructions and facilitates download of the purchased files. Digital access is normally available promptly, subject to payment and security checks and Gumroad service availability.

If the correct files do not arrive, contact Strategic Intelligence with the Gumroad order identifier and the email address used for the order.

5.Licence for course materials

Buying a course gives you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, single-user licence for individual educational use. You may read the materials on your own devices, print one personal copy and apply the ideas in your own work.

Paid files are intended for the buyer’s personal use. Please do not share or forward them to others, upload them where others can access them, modify or resell them, or use them for team, company, client or public training without a separate written licence. Some paid PDFs may include buyer or order details. This identification helps protect the content from unauthorised sharing.

6.Free Chapter downloads

Chapter 1 downloads are genuine course samples. You can download them without providing an email address. They do not contain buyer identification or the protection used in paid course files.

7.Consumer withdrawal rights and immediate digital delivery

A consumer generally has 14 days to withdraw from a distance contract unless a statutory exception applies. If digital content is supplied before that period expires, loss of the withdrawal right depends on the legally required prior express consent to immediate supply and acknowledgement that the right is lost once supply begins. Where those legal conditions are not met, the consumer’s statutory rights remain unaffected.

Any product-specific refund policy shown on Gumroad is additional to, and does not replace, mandatory consumer rights.

8.Defects, complaints, refunds and support

If a file is missing, damaged, in the wrong language or otherwise does not match the order, contact hello@strategicintelligence.eu or call +420 724 609 921. Include the Gumroad order identifier, purchase email and a short description of the problem.

Strategic Intelligence will acknowledge and address a problem with the course content, access or delivered files without undue delay. Within its role, it may provide correct or replacement digital content or other course-specific support. Questions or requests concerning payments, receipts or invoices, tax, refunds, chargebacks, payment disputes or payment reconciliation should be directed to Gumroad support, which is the first point of contact for post-sale support concerning the platform transaction. Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.

9.Alternative dispute resolution

If a consumer dispute cannot be resolved directly, the consumer may refer it to the Czech Trade Inspection Authority for alternative dispute resolution: Central Inspectorate – ADR Department, Gorazdova 1969/24, 120 00 Prague 2, Czech Republic, email adr@coi.gov.cz, website coi.gov.cz/informace-o-adr/.

10.Educational information

The courses provide educational and informational material. They do not guarantee a particular commercial result and do not replace legal, tax, accounting or other regulated professional advice.

11.Governing rules and updates

Czech law applies, without limiting mandatory consumer protection that applies to the customer. These terms may be updated when products, prices, checkout, delivery processes or legal requirements change. The version published at the time of the order applies together with the information shown in the Gumroad checkout.
